Terms
for Professional Services Rendered
PAYMENT METHODOLOGY Payment
for professional services rendered by our hypnotherapists at Hypnae
Center Pte Ltd can be made by cash, cheque or credit card. For credit
card payment, client has to come to our office personally to complete
this process. Cheques are to be made payable in favour of “Hypnae Center Pte Ltd”. (All prices quoted on this website are in Singapore Dollars.)
It is understood that there will be no refund for unused sessions (if fees were paid in advanced). Case-to-case consideration will be taken into account for extenuating circumstances. However, client may opt to transfer to another person “his or her prepaid unused sessions”. This can be done on the proviso that the client informs us of the arrangement. Payment for Courses can be effected via the Electronic Payment Mode for VISA and MASTERCARD only. INTERNET
PRIVACY POLICY
This
website is established to provide information about Hypnae Center Pte
Ltd. Your email address will not be added to any of our mailing list if
you do not wish to. If you do not desire to receive our in-house
promotional materials, please let us know explicitly in your email that
you want to be removed from our regular mailing list.
CONSULTATIONS One
of the most important aspects of any hypnosis session is the rapport
with the hypnotherapist. Entering into anything new can be a scary
proposition to some. Because we value the importance of the
client-hypnotherapist relationship, we are more than happy to schedule
a consultation with those who are interested in hypnosis but who would
wish to obtain more information before committing to anything more
substantial.
These consultation sessions will be made available to you, complimentary from any of our hypnotherapists. During this consultation, you will be able to meet with us and ask us any questions you have regarding hypnosis. You are not obligated to use our services if you do not want to after the consultation. AUDIO & VIDEO RECORDING OF SESSIONS FOR
YOUR SECURITY, we have an in-house policy of audio and video taping ALL
sessions in our therapy rooms. These recordings are the property of
Hypnae Center Pte Ltd and will not be made available to clients. The
recording(s) will be kept under lock at all times. By agreeing to our
consultancy and therapy at our premises, you explicitly give your
consent to our audio and video taping of all your sessions with our
therapists.
STANDARD RATES FOR Hypnotherapy Session (45 minutes per session)
Enquires for payments to be made to: info@hypnae.com PAYMENT OPTIONS We
are aware that many people may find it difficult to embark on a course
of therapy based on financial constraints. If assistance is required,
please call us to enquire.
We have working arrangement with United Overseas Bank (UOB), Overseas Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC) and Development Bank of Singapore (DBS & POSB) to help clients with six (6) months interest free installment payments for UOB, OCBC, DBS and POSB cards holders. Please enquire with us at info@hypnae.com should you want to pursue this option. |
